As municipalities adjust to the new normal, public hearings are beginning to take place again, through online virtual programming. Most of us use this technology to have our children educated and attend church services and cities, towns and counties are also using this technology to go about their public business. It has made it easier for opponents of a development or an application to mobilize as people who oppose your application now do not need to leave their homes to demonstrate their opposition live.

We have telephone town hall capabilities for you to communicate with groups of residents who wish to be educated about your project.
Telephone Town Halls can host either hundreds or even thousands of residents immediately and at the same time for an online meeting.
- Audience members will receive a pre-recorded invitation asking them to remain on the line if they wish to participate in the town hall.
- Once they have joined your event, participants can press a button on their key pad to request to ask a question live. Questions can be screened so they are fair questions rather than make some outrageous comments.
- You control which participants ask their questions live on the conference, we can also take surveys during the call as well.
- Participants, who are unable to ask their questions live, due to time or content can leave a personal message with the screener.
- Following your event, you will receive a detailed report complete with participant statistics as well as a digital recording of your event that may be posted to your website.
